MembersFirst® Promotes Brian Bartlett to Chief Operating Officer

Wayland, MA - May 3, 2012 MembersFirst® Inc., a leading provider of website design, development, and internet marketing services to hundreds of member-based organizations, today announced it has promoted Brian Bartlett to Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to the promotion, Bartlett served as the company’s Vice President of Finance and Administration, a position he has held since January of 2009. In his new role, he will continue to oversee financial operations for MembersFirst, as well as its human resource and legal functions. In addition, Bartlett will head up the planning, development and operations efforts associated with new strategic partnerships and acquisitions for the company. Most recently, he played a key role in the purchase of Clubspan, the club industry’s most innovative and user friendly club management software solution, now known as 'MembersFirst Club Management'™.
