Ken directs and oversees our Design, Front-end, Project Management, Production, Training, and Marketing Services teams, ensuring a robust, consistent experience for all our clients. With over 15 years of web-related project management and customer service experience and over nine years at MembersFirst, Ken is deeply involved in leading our talented creative team. He challenges his team daily to ensure that all project objectives are met and all stakeholder expectations are exceeded. He is a "master of the process" and he has developed much of the structure, systems, and internal processes necessary to enable a frictionless implementation of client projects.
