As President and CEO, Kevin is responsible for the overall growth, profitability, and strategic vision of the company. Formerly the business development and marketing leader for McGladrey's New England region, he brings over 10 years of experience in providing strategic initiative and business development leadership.
Kevin has also held several positions of leadership within software, media, and publishing companies, all of which focused on building scalable and profitable sales and marketing channels. In addition to his responsibilities at MembersFirst, Kevin has spent more than 10 years in various roles including finance committee member, board member, Vice President and finally as Club President at Bass Rocks Golf Club in Gloucester, MA. Kevin and his family are also active members at three private clubs located in and around Boston.
Tony is the co-founder of MembersFirst and presently serves as chairman of the board of directors. Formerly the co-founder, president and co-CEO of Pivotpoint Inc., he brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the software and services industry.
In addition to his influence at MembersFirst, Tony serves on the foundation board of Emerson Hospital, is a member of the board of directors at Visibility, Inc. and has recently served as a trustee at Quinnipiac University and Salve Regina University and as a director at Nashawtuc Country Club.
As Director of Interactive Services, Ryan Maione leverages seven plus years of experience managing digital projects for private clubs, as well as oversight and leadership to our design and production teams.
Ryan is charged with developing and optimizing production processes that streamline project implementations; igniting and inspiring our on-site creative team to continually evolve our award-winning design services; developing best-practice based e-marketing programs to meet client-directed member recruitment, engagement and retention objectives; and delivering the return on investment clients have come to expect from their relationship with MembersFirst.
Glenn is our Chief Technology Officer; a role he previously held at MembersFirst from 2000 to 2007, where he helped launch the company and assisted in determining its strategic direction. He leverages 25+ years of experience in a variety of technology roles ranging from technical to management and consulting. Some notable former customers he has worked with include Liberty Mutual, GM, Chrysler, ADP, Dell, Exxon, USF&G, Wells Fargo, Host Marriott, Chevron, Mercedes, BMW, and RiteAid.
In his role at MembersFirst, Glenn oversees and directs all development, QA, and production teams related to our core desktop & cloud-based solutions. His experience building applications that have served millions of users, his strategic insight, customer-focused attitude, and ability to deliver innovative solutions all serve to position him as a respected technology leader in the industries we serve.
As Marketing Manager, James uses his decade of online community engagement and marketing experience to manage campaigns for both MembersFirst and MembersFirst clients. Leading the in-house Internet Marketing division, he oversees data-proven client services such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media, website analytics, and conversion optimization.
For MembersFirst, James gathers customer insight, supports the sales team, manages large-scale communications (print, email newsletter, website, etc), develops educational videos and webinars, and analyzes the effectiveness of these efforts.
As the director of our Agency Services group, Hilary is responsible for identifying and delivering marketing and communications services for member-based organizations. With the strategic support of our in-house specialists (designers, copywriters, crm administrators, etc.) she develops comprehensive recommendations for effective marketing and communications programs.
With almost a decade of experience in private clubs and the golf industry as a whole, she has extensive knowledge of public, developer-owned, and private member-governed communities. Her real world experience in everything from opening a clubhouse to membership sales and marketing provides her clear understanding of the unique and differing needs of clubs, communities, and member-based organizations.
Midwestern by birth, Chris' innate charm and lifelong experience with private clubs makes him a natural for leading our Account Management team as well as managing key accounts.
Chris is a long-time member of the MembersFirst team. After graduating from Providence College, Chris joined a tiny tech startup outside of Boston called The Country Club Network. That company would eventually become known as MembersFirst, and Chris would grow as the company did - moving from an office assistant role to Project Associate, Account Manager, Manager of Customer Solutions, Senior Account Manager, to his role today as Director of Account Manager.
Having worked in so many client-facing positions at MembersFirst, Chris has unique insight into what it takes to keep our clients happy.
As Director of Operations, Kevin oversees our Finance and HR departments and guides several key product offerings. In addition to his finance background, Kevin brings a wealth of club knowledge and first class customer service experience to the company. His 15+ years of private club and hospitality industry experience started while attending college, and covers virtually every area of club staffing and member services.
After graduation, Kevin held various club leadership roles including Club Accountant, Club Manager, Hotel & Conference Manager, Golf Shop Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager. From building club financials, maintaining food minimums, managing the tee sheet, all the way to pouring the perfect pint, Kevin’s career is 'club' through and through.
